We will ship your Renew order directly to your home or office using a premium carrier such as FedEx SmartPost, UPS, or UPS Mail Innovations/USPS. International orders will deliver via your local postal service.
Once your order dispatches from our fulfillment center to the carrier, you will receive a shipment notification email from that contains your tracking number. After 24 hours, you will be able to PERSONALLY track your order to delivery with the carrier and that tracking number.
